Who Are We?

All of us at Mining Rigs are a determined group of like-minded individuals, ex-miners who now dedicate their time and energy into assisting applicants to gain their own footing into this great industry. Along with the Employers whom require personnel, we prepare, educate, train and clothe the new or returning applicant towards the journey of beginning their dream job.  It's an exciting time when all the waiting is over and it's time to pull on the PPE. Prior to this, each applicant is vetted. They will have provided a Police clearance, passed a Mining-health medical assessment, completed an online induction and finally carry out training if required.

All Mining Rigs staff members have endured all these processes several times throughout our careers, it is all par for the course. The strenuous application process, the pre-checks, training and wait times make the final outcome much sweeter. All Mining Rigs  company Staff have spent their careers in all corners of this great country. From underground, to above ground, everything in between and in all areas. We strive to be a valuable contributor towards the mining sector and all the companies involved.

The opportunity we have to mould each individual applicant into a sharp tool, one that can deal with any eventualities gives us tremendous pride and a great sense of self-worth. We anticipate the arrival in excess of 20,000 fresh personnel being injected into the mining sector by the year 2027. With the advent of electric cars, a new mining boon has been generated. All these electric vehicles require batteries and Australia is rich in the elements required to make them. Lithium, Cobalt, Zinc and Copper are just a few of the ingredients required to make an EV run. Australian mineral resources are some of the very best in the world and in large quantities. We most definitely are the lucky Country! Proudly Australian.
